What does a humanist wedding cost?

In 2022, my fee is £550.00, which includes up to 20 miles of travel.

If you want a rehearsal, which isn’t essential but which I generally recommend for reasons you can see here, you should allow a further £100.00.

Celebrate People is a small group of like minded people from a variety of backgrounds with a shared belief in the importance of openness, respect, empathy but most importantly the love we have for others.  These beliefs are at the heart of all we do.  

Are there other costs?

One of the good things about a Celebrate People wedding is that you don’t have to pay extra to join our organisation. We believe that you only need to belong to one another.

The Registrar will make additional charges for your paperwork, but that is the case for all religious and belief marriages, and you can find out more about that here.
